We are happy to replace any items that are damaged.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or change your mind, we have a 14 day exchange or refund policy.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.



Standard Shipping (2-6 Business days)- FREE for all orders $150 or more, $10 standard shipping fee for orders under $150.

Express Shipping (1-3 Business days) - FREE for all orders $200 or more, $20 express shipping fee for orders under $200.


International shipping is calculated at checkout and weight dependent. Your parcel will be dispatched the next business day.

For estimated transit times, please use the shipping calculator on the cart page once your cart is finalised. Note: The transit times are estimates only and does not include fulfilment (24 hours) or time held in customs at the destination country. Also based on times between metropolitan areas of major cities. 

Delivery zones / time frame

Zone 1 - New Zealand (10-16 working days)
Zone 2, 3 & 4 - North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific (10-28 working days)
Zone 5 - Rest of the world (14-30 working days)

Due to the cancellation of many international flights and country-specific restrictions, overseas transit times may be delayed.

Both services are tracked and you will receive email updates as the parcel is scanned through the various touch points.


As an overseas customer, please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay for any taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to.

Import thresholds and fees vary for each country. If you would like more details please contact your local customs department.

- Refunds will not be given once your order has been shipped based in custom fees or duties being raised.
- If an order is retuned due to customs fees not being paid, the return shipping cost will be at the customers expense and refunds will not be given.
